I have a feeling this is going to be the kind of FA season where every player I make an offer to accepts it, even if I made half of them as insurance that the other half don't take them.
ReplyDeleteBut, on the bright side, Casey Plunk gets to retire with his original franchise. And, the #2 guy on my draft list fell to #9 in the first round.
Yeah, I overpaid for Rawlins. But what else was I going to spend my money on this year? And also, this is the counterpoint to my FA advice from sunday. That was the first offer I put in on him, and he accepted without giving anyone else a chance to beat it. I assume I just blew him away with it, since he was asking for something like 3 mil.
