ReplyDeleteIf I can jump-start my offense (bat the pitcher 8th again?), I might have a chance to catch Saskatoon. I seem to certainly have the pitching.
Well, still nothing to complain about. Winning percentage went up from .690 to .702. That's a pace for 114 wins.
ReplyDeleteI certainly don't expect that, for God's sake. But I'd rather be ahead of the game than not like last year.
Still doing well in both hitting and pitching. #1 in HR, Runs, AVG, OBP, and SLG.
Villatoro continues to be on a 27 win pace. And Valdes is now on pace for 46/120. Hukill 39/108.
Walker wins Rookie of the Month and I think is the favorite for ROY with two of the three months as the winner. If the rest of his power would just develop he'd be devastating. Fournier is doing better than before, too.
All in all...I'm not complaining.
