  1. The Monarchs are kind of letting up as we go deeper into the campaign (9-7 this sim I think), but I can't complain at all about the season so far. The hitters have outperformed my expectations and the pitching has been as good as I had any right to expect.

    Of course, the other way to look at this is that my team was much better when I was out of the country and unable to meddle, and worse both before and after my big trip. My presence apparently is just be a net negative on my team's performance.

  2. Nice to see all those Maui names in the awards section above. Lefebvre's name, in particular, is a welcome sight since he got off to a really rough start, with an OPS of .692 through May. Apparently his three-week injury did him some good, as his OPS is now .897.
