After seeing Frank's comment to the previous page, I noted that there somewhere along the way, things got messed up regarding some of the league settings.
I looked at the post where we discussed which setting were enabled/disabled and found that signing bonuses and the like for amateur draft picks were not supposed to be enabled, and yet, somehow, they became enabled. In addition, I found that 10/5 rule was enabled as well, despite the fact that it was supposed to be disabled.
I went ahead and disabled both of those options and advance the game one day.
The next sim will be tomorrow night and will take us up to the Amateur Draft which will be done on Thursday night.

Zev, now that you have confirmed signing bonuses are disabled, it seems unnecessary for each team to have a certain amount of money set aside for "Draft Expenses." I don't know how this works but thought I should point it out.
