  • Zotti: Appalachian leads Milwaukee by 4 games
  • Signorino: Philadelphia leads New Orleans by 26 games
  • Wild Card: Brooklyn leads Milwaukee by 3 games
Administrivia:
  • When Zev processed all of the trades at the deadline last sim, he accidentally traded the wrong player in a deal between Brick and Antelope Valley. I corrected that by trading the wrong player back to Antelope Valley in exchange for the player who should have originally been traded to Brick in the first place.
  • Note that I processed that as a normal trade. OOTP allows trades of non-40-man roster players after the 7/31 deadline (and waiver trades of players on the 40-man rosters) but we in our league do not normally allow that. So, even though this "trade" was done after the deadline, no other deals will be accepted until the offseason begins.
Trivia Question Answer:

Fred correctly guessed that Bert Campaneris holds the record for most consecutive games with a stolen base. Campaneris stole a base in twelve straight games in June 1969, just over 50 years ago.
