Administrative News:

• Three teams were in violation of the player limit for the Low A team. Two of those teams had their minor leagues placed under AI control to remedy that. The third team had one player I was able to move to the DL.
• Brick had signed an international free agent with the default name of "Jim Unknown". He has been renamed to Bob Garbie.
• The web pages have been uploaded, but Zev will have to unzip them when he can.
