OOTP 21 Upgrade notes:
Our current plan is to upgrade to OOTP 21 at the start of Spring Training.
We expect to arrive at the start of Spring Training at the beginning of next week. We will be skipping one of the sims this week in order to give Michael time to do some testing with the beta before actually upgrading. The game itself will be released on Friday and is still available at ootpdevelopments.com for a discount.
