- OF Patrick "Mr. Outside" Valdez who played his entire career for the (current) Monks' Corner franchise. 463 HR, 1461 RBI, .285 Avg, .902 OPS, 134 OPS+.

With the retirements of Thomas, Palacio, and Moss, we now are down to the last active player standing from the original player draft: pitcher John Okane. I'm very proud to have given him away in a trade, early in his career, after I shrewdly deduced he that he would not reach his potential. One of my better moves.
