Just out of curiosity, did you look at the in-game draft lists, Zev, or only e-mailed lists?
I did not send an e-mailed list, and only had selected players in game. I was too lazy last night to check if those players were put back on their 40-man rosters after I selected them.
Yes, I checked every team's draft list in-game. Every team that had a submitted draft list had the same one or two players... and both of them were added to 40-man rosters before the draft.

Two things:
