Seattle Wins 6-2, Maui Leads 2-1


The Seattle Monarchs defeated the Maui Mashers today 6-2, to win their first game in the Cecil Cup series.  The game was scoreless until the top of the fifth when the Monarchs put five runs on the board on the strength of a home runs by Norman Kuhn and Juan Gomez.  The Mashers never recovered from that inning.





Game 1:  Maui 6, Seattle 1
Game 2:  Maui 9, Seattle 7 (11 innings)
Game 3:  Seattle 6, Maui 2
Game 3:  Thursday night.

    Road teams are dominating this series. This can't keep up through all 7 can it?
