2027 Cecil Cup Game 3

The first ever Cecil Cup championship game on the Jersey Shore was won by the visiting Seattle Monarchs, 7-6. Tohoshige Takahashi shut down the Brick Barracudas for six innings, and, while the three runs the Monarchs scored early in the first inning were not enough to win the game, they persevered, even when Brick scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth to make the score 7-6.

Kevin Lambert took the loss for the Barracudas, and Seattle's Juan Garcia got his third save of the postseason with a 1-2-3 ninth inning.

Seattle wins the pivotal third game of the series and is halfway to yet another Cecil Cup. The Monarchs lead 2 games to 1 and game four will be simmed on Sunday night.
