Yeah! Spring Training is done!!
Notes:
1. Covington was placed under computer control pending the "sale" of the team to a new owner.
2. Please make sure that your major league rosters have no more than 25 players.
3. Please make sure that all players that have to be assigned to a roster are, in fact, assigned to a roster.
4. Lather, rinse, repeat (that's my wife's suggestion).
As a reminder for the old owners (and an announcement for the new), I count participation as any one of the following:
1. Sending an upload to the FTP server for the sim.
2. Sending me an email with the changes you want.
3. Sending me an email saying "Hey, Zev, I like my team as it is. No changes this week."
In the meantime, please continue thinking/debating about ways to improve the Covington franchise.
Zev
Play ball!
ReplyDeleteIf those aren't the two best words in the English language, I don't know what are.
(Close second: "Scorpions Win!")
Zev:
ReplyDeleteIs there a reason my trade with Danville wasn't processed? I was kind of counting on having Kerry in my outfield before the season started.
Things are on pace for me. The one real priority I had was that my 5* Catching Prospect Ward get to the point where he should be in AAA this year. Going into spring training he was 'Could probably use more time in AA'.
ReplyDeleteOther than that I plan to kick ass.
Mack,
ReplyDeleteThe trade wasn't processed because you need to rework it. You cannot trade draft picks beyond the upcoming draft (2012 in this case).
If you guys can rework the deal by the time I run the sim on Thursday night, then you can still have Kerry for all 162 games.
Zev: I don't know if you're confusing me with Nate, but my trade WAS for the 2012 first round pick, nothing more. I'll send you an email.
