The bargin basement shopping is done for the offseason. Had 3 targets and got them all. Can't complain at all.

ReplyDeleteBrowsing through the various free agents, I'm cracked up by Jeffrey Brunton, he of the career 4.41 ERA who has not had an ERA under 4.50 in four years. who expects a five-year, $50M+ contract.

Oh, and I also compliment the speed of the offseason. :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah, couldn't wait to get rid of him. He wanted an extension last season. I know a Geoffrey Brunton in real life -- apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Actually the real one is a good friend.
