Oh great. Another historic loss to River Cities. And I see my manager pulled Isaac Diehl after 7 innings and only 98 pitches despite him pitching a no-hitter.
Well, to be honest he did walk five and strike out one. So I can't imagine it looked all that dominating.
I like how the #2 hitters for the teams were a combined 0-13. Nice job, guys!
The most amazing thing about that game, to me, at least, is that there were only eight pitchers used. Not bad for 15 innings. I've seen 10-inning games be bullpen-killers, but this one only had three men out of the bullpen for each team.
