Breaking News in Hickory

On the heels of a disappointing start, and with the recent acquisition of Armando Carballo and Thomas Geter by wild-card rival Maui, there are reports out of Hickory that management may be reconsidering its previously hard-line stance on retaining superstar outfielder Paul Shunk. Er... says a highly placed source in the Hickory organization.
