Marcus Santoro, whom I just signed in this last sim, is apparently the top prospect available in the Rule V draft. As he just signed with me, I haven't had a chance to put him on my 40-man roster (which I certainly will do).
Can we get a Commissioner's ruling on his eligibility for the Rule V draft?
I also sent an e-mail about this, but for some reason the changes I made to my roster in preparation for this draft didn't take. I intended for CL Tomas Ramirez, 3B Carlos Pais, and LF Cesar Pla to end up on my 40-man roster, and none did (none of the other changes I made went through either, but none of them are relevant and all are easily redone).
Same story with me -- Carl Odegaard who I just dealt for is Rule 5 eligible. I will put him on the 40-man now and upload, but if it doesn't work Zev could you please put him on? Thanks

I added a couple of players to my 40-man roster to protect them from Rule 5 status too, but my upload apparently didn't take either.
