Seattle Takes 1-0 Lead in Cecil Cup

I'm sorry... it's late and I've had an exhausting day, so I'm going to skip the summary on this one.

    A 1-0 thriller with the only run scored in the bottom of the first inning. A great, competitive start to the series.

    Of course, I held 1-0 leads in the last two series against Maui also, and we all know how those turned out.

    I, for one, am finally rooting for Seattle in this series. Two reasons, both selfish:

    1. I want Ricky Peppers to win another championship before he retires.
    2. If Maui wins, Matt will be vying to tie my four-straight-championships streak next season.

    Oh, and Zotti league pride. Can't forget that one.
