Unwanted contracts?

After trading Palacio and making a couple other moves, the Maui Mashers have some extra money to spend. Assuming that we aren't going to make any league-wide changes to the finances this year (i.e., the cash cap or allowing spending on fan interest, etc.), I'd like to put some of my extra money to productive use.
